Farm to Table

Farm to Table is a celebration of our trainees’ creativity and dedication. Throughout the year, they nurture and harvest fresh produce from the VTOC Urban Farm under the guidance of our collaborative partner, ESR (Eats, Shoots & Roots).

 

These homegrown ingredients are then transformed into scrumptious, beautifully crafted dishes, often inspired by international cuisines such as Thai and Vietnamese. Sponsors, board members, and volunteers are invited to enjoy the thoughtfully prepared course meal, followed by a guided garden tour to experience the journey from soil to plate.
