Career Fair in November marks a significant milestone for our trainees. Employers are invited to VTOC to share insights about their organisations, followed by on-site interviews with our trainees. The journey continues in December and January with their internship placements — a transformative period filled with dedication, resilience, and invaluable learning experiences. It is during these months that true growth takes place, and many of our trainees go on to secure full-time employment offers.
