“And so, my one year stint began. Having both Chef Kamala & Ms. Vicky working with us to prepare meals and bake cakes was a great experience. Different cutting styles of vegetables and meat I learnt. - rings, slices, wedges, cubes and Juliann. In addition to garnishing, plating and serving. Likewise, in pastry, chilled, topped, fondue were new discoveries.

 

Chef Kamala is passionate about cooking. She has all the recipes at her finger tips. Sometimes, she scolds us and we totally understand her frustration because as girls, we only want to have fun! As for Ms. Vicky, she is like a big sister to all of us. She takes care of our emotional well-being and makes time for us. These two chefs have truly made a difference in our lives."​
